To create a ticket you need:

 

• Account in game on L2Realm.
• Login your CP www.l2realm.com/login.
• Create new ticket.

How to apply to Support Center:

1. You must be logged in, in control panel - Login

2. From Menu go to "Support"

 

 

3. Click on "New ticket"

 

 

4. Than:

• Choose server.
• Select Account.
• Select Character.
• Select Category.
• Enter a Subject.
• Enter a Your Message (problem).
• Click To "SEND"

 

5. After that your ticket will be sent to our support team, after the creating of the ticket the status will be "IN PROGRESS" which means there is no answer yet from our support team. 

 

 

6. When there will be an answer the status will be  "NEW".

 

 

Ticket's Status:

IN PROGRESS - Waiting for read from moderators

NEW - moderator answered

CLOSED - ticket is closed
